Well the Percheron Horse Association of America crossed the line! Basically, as I am late renewing my membership by a month, I have been informed that we have been assessed a $5. late fee AND they charge me an addition $5 per month until I have paid my membership late fee. Yes, they want to charge me a late fee and a monthly fee of $5 for each month I am late on a $30 membership. I belong to a lot of clubs/associations and this is truly a first in both pettyness and stupidity. Looks like it is finally time to cancel. Way to go PHAOA - NOT!
